LEAVE APPLICATION

The U.N Board of the Welfare Department has made the new rules for the expatriates in war zones requesting for a Work Leave to be applied by their loved ones/friends/relatives for the reasons below.

  • Health Leave: Health leave refers to a situation where a doctor under the U.N. Organization is not in good health, and their loved ones, friends, or relatives may need them at home for proper treatment.
  • Marital Leave: Marital leave is granted by the government, allowing a doctor to leave the war zone to meet with their fiancée for the purpose of marriage.

For the Leave to be approved, the loved ones/friends/relatives who is applying for the Leave should be aware that the availability of our doctors is our utmost priority. Therefore, a leave should only be requested based on serious matters.

These are the durations available for a Leave:

  • 1 week Emergency Leave
  • 2 weeks Emergency Leave
  • 3 weeks Emergency Leave
  • 4 weeks Emergency Leave
